What is Process Service?
Process service is the delivery of writs or summons issued by and through a court or judicial venue upon a defendant or respondent of a civil law suit, or delivery of a subpoena to a witness.

We use ServeManager software which is a cloud based case management system that enables us to streamline operations. Easy tracking of job statuses, access to job history, GPS timestamp data, files, and photos.

About Me
My name is Christina Daniel and I bring a unique skill set to process serving. I have more than 22 years in Law Enforcement as I am a retired Master Trooper with the Maryland State Police. I have over 18 years in an investigative role. I have worked directly with the U.S. Marshals Service as a member of the Capitol Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARTF) and the Drug Enforcement Administration as a Task Force Officer with the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA). Also, 10 years working with the Asset Forfeiture Unit preparing and serving civil forfeiture cases.
